What is the fee structure?

All Fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

• Assessment Fee—$99   (charged at registration—non-refundable)
• Deposit—$500 (charged at registration—refundable)
• Subscription—Care plans start at $349 per month. The subscription amount is confirmed after the assessment, based on your loved one’s care plan (For most independent and fully mobile elders, the starter care plan is sufficient).
  At registration, you pay the assessment fee and the deposit. The monthly subscription is charged once the care plan is agreed.
• No GST applies as the service is delivered outside Australia.
