Once you submit the form, you will be directed to complete your payment.
After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your login details. Log in to provide details about your loved one so we can arrange the assessment.

The pricing below is for one elder.

- Assessment Fee: AUD 99 (non-refundable)

- Deposit: AUD 500 (fully refundable on cancellation)

- Total at Registration: AUD 599

- Monthly subscription fee will depend on the requirements of the elder and will only be known after the assessment. (Care plans start at $349 per month)
